Dutch technology, European values

AI has become an integral part of the workplace, yet many companies still lack structure and policy. Employees use tools like ChatGPT without clear agreements or security measures, which brings risks. To change that, three Dutch companies are joining forces today.
AI Opener, Artific, and AI Ready are working together to further develop AI Opener’s platform. The goal: one secure and intelligent AI platform for commercial teams. Built in the Netherlands, guided by Dutch values. The partnership also gains immediate financial strength, as AI Ready acquires a 25% stake in AI Opener.
Recent research shows that 73% of employees are already using AI without permission. At the same time, 40% of organizations have no concrete strategy or delay implementation out of fear.
“AI is here, whether you’re ready or not,” says Radboud Langenhorst, co-founder of AI Opener. “Many companies get stuck in plans (or even apathy), while their employees are already using unmonitored tools every day. We offer a solution that works fast, is secure, and integrates easily with existing systems.”

The platform offers full-service AI support and both ready-to-use and fully customized AI solutions, also known as agents. These digital colleagues support commercial teams with tasks such as content creation, customer interaction, sales, and reporting.
No more scattered tools, but one secure, organized workspace designed for daily use. Built with Dutch technology, fully GDPR-compliant, and connected to systems like CRM and ERP, enhanced with AI Opener’s domain expertise.
The infrastructure is provided by Artific and runs entirely on Dutch servers. Organizations retain full control over their data while gaining access to powerful models like ChatGPT and Claude, without compromising on security or control.
The collaboration comes at a time when the impact of AI is becoming increasingly visible. Recently, tech journalist Alexander Klöpping demonstrated on Eva Jinek’s talk show how an AI agency can develop a complete campaign in just ten minutes.
“What once seemed futuristic is happening now. AI colleagues are no longer a gimmick,” says Ferran Rohaan, co-founder of Artific and AI Ready. “But most companies still lack the infrastructure or policy and are therefore hesitant to unlock their data. With this platform, we show that it can also be done safely, transparently, and with a human focus.”
Amid growing concerns about digital autonomy and geopolitical tensions, the demand for homegrown technology is increasing. “Companies want to accelerate with AI, but within their own frameworks and values,” says Langenhorst. “Technology made in the Netherlands and true domain expertise are becoming increasingly important.”
“The gap between rapid AI developments and the slow adoption by businesses is larger than ever,” says Pablo van den Berg, founder of Trojan Monkeys, co-founder of AI AM, and investor in AI Opener. “That’s exactly why there is a need for a reliable Dutch partner and one central platform for all commercial AI applications.”
