The AI committee will come later. Your employees have already started.

Everyone wants to do something with AI, but we speak to teams every day that don’t get beyond planning, talking, and postponing.

That may sound cynical, but we see it everywhere: companies that want to innovate, that understand AI is going to be big, yet remain stuck in ideas, committees, or waiting until things become “clearer.”

And in the meantime:

  • The support team is using ChatGPT to draft customer emails

  • Marketing is using Midjourney for social visuals

  • Someone in sales has built a Zapier script that automatically emails leads

All under the radar. Without structure. Without governance. Because let’s be honest: if the company doesn’t act, your team will. On their own.

We call it the AI procrastination syndrome.

A friendly term for a painful pattern:

“We want to do it right… so for now, we do nothing.”

Sound familiar? You’re not alone. Research shows that more than 70% of employees in SMEs are already using AI tools on a daily basis. Yet in most organizations, there’s no policy, no oversight, and no clear vision.

That’s not resistance. It’s delay. Because AI feels daunting. Complex. Or because no one really knows where to start.

That’s why we launched: AI Procrastinators Anonymous

A series of short videos about people like you and me—well-intentioned, but still missing the boat:

  • The manager who wants to set up a committee while their team has already started experimenting

  • The colleague who calls AI a hype but is juggling five inboxes at once

  • The employee worried about privacy, yet writing their password on a Post-it

Lighthearted? Definitely. But also meant as a mirror.
