What truly made the difference was the use of Generative AI to develop a confrontation matrix. This matrix laid the foundation for segmenting the content, which we then translated into short audio clips, interactive learning formats (quizzes, polls, etc.), and visual support. This made the content much more engaging and segmented for the learners. It's a game changer in how we’ll develop our learning content moving forward. On to the next module!
