1. Project Scope & Challenge

C-creators is a non-profit organization with a clear mission: accelerating the circular building economy in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. Like many purpose-driven organizations, they face the challenge of limited capacity and diverse skill requirements—especially when it comes to communication.


The goal: How can a small team create high-quality, consistent, and impactful content—without extra hands? Together with AIO, C-creators set out to find a solution that would not only support communication but also scale with the organization.

2. Approach & Solution

The collaboration began with a compact pilot involving a small internal team. Through interviews, observation, and user panels, we developed the first AI Agent to support content creation and knowledge sharing.


Our approach included:


  • Facilitating qualitative interviews to help train the AI Agent in tone, language, and context

  • Feeding the Agent curated research and publications as source material for hub and hygiene content

  • Using AI notetakers during customer panels and internal sessions to collect valuable insights

  • Delivering a hands-on GenAI training for the broader team

  • Providing a practical cheat sheet and ongoing support for everyday use


The goal: build an AI Agent that reflects C-creators' mission, communication style, and day-to-day reality.

3. Result

The AI Agent now actively supports the team in:


  • Structuring and reusing input from panels, interviews, and meetings

  • Producing social posts, blogs, newsletter and internal communications faster

  • Creating consistent messaging with less manual effort


A live onboarding session helped bring the entire C-creators team up to speed. Since then, the whole team has been actively using the Agent and embracing AI in their daily work.
