For the Next Stage startup program, AIO has been asked to use AI in an innovative way to support startups in creating "viable" business plans and Go-To-Market strategies. We have devised a Virtual Lean Startup Business Coach for this purpose. This virtual AI team, consisting of experts such as Alexander Osterwalder, Steve Blank and Byron Sharp, provides targeted guidance through structured frameworks such as BMC and Value Proposition Canvas.
The primary goal of this project was to empower startups to independently develop strategic business models and Go-To-Market plans that can also serve as input for investor presentations.
Agent method:
The Virtual Lean Startup Business Coach guided users through a series of structured steps, from defining their business model to deeply validating their customer segments. This included developing Ideal Customer Profiles, conducting customer validation interviews, and applying the AAARRR funnel to optimize marketing strategies.
